The Albany County Industrial Development Agency (ACIDA) is a not for profit public benefit corporation of the State of New York. The ACIDA was created by a special act of the New York State legislature in 1975. The Agency’s primary goal is to encourage economic growth and expansion through the granting of financial incentives.
