Fire Prevention Week is Oct 7-12 Please take time this week to go over fire safety with your family. Check your smoke detector batteries, have and practice your fire escape plan. Friday 10/12/12 The Menands Fire Department will be at the Menands School doing presentations for K to 2nd grades. Kindergarten starts at 8:40 – 9:10. First grade starts at 9:15 – 9:45 and Second grade starts at 10:00 – 10:30. The fire drill will be at 10:40 with us and the Schuyler Heights FD.
We will be holding our open house on Saturday 10/13/12 at the Fall Festival up at the park.
