On Friday, June 13th, Menands resident Mildred Howarth will turn 100 years young. The Village has declared 6/13/14 Mildred L. Howarth Day and to further celebrate this amazing milestone there will be a gathering at the Menands Park, near the concession stand, (rain location Bethany Church) on Friday evening. Guests are asked to arrive at the park (or Bethany) between 5:00 – 5:15 with Mildred expected to arrive at 5:30.  Please join us in wishing Mildred a very special 100th Birthday.
