A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 27th, 2017 at 7:00 P.M. in the Village Municipal Building at 250 Broadway for the purpose of considering the following application for a variance:

Mauro J. Lapetina, 4 Myton Lane is seeking relief from the setback requirements of Chapter 169, Schedule A of the Menands Village Code.

Such public hearings are open to the public and are accessible to the handicapped. All are encouraged to attend or to present comments in writing.
