we will meet at Ganser-Smith Park, where we will board a heated Trolley to join the Village of Menands contingent of the St. Patrick’s Parade in Albany, NY.
The Village of Menands is honored this year to provide the Parade’s Grand Marshall. The Menands Parade committee has elected the Mayor, Meg Grenier, and the Secretary of the Menands Senior Citizens, Sheila Hyatt, to share that title.
After the parade, we will return to the firehouse for a delicious Corned Beef and Cabbage Dinner, complete with homemade Irish Soda Bread. Entertainment and dancing will follow the dinner. Cost TBA.
