Our Village Departments work together to meet the needs of our business community with new and expanding building projects. The Department of Economic Partnerships handles the daily needs of our growing businesses, including providing tours to highlight the potential and opportunities that Menands has to offer. Our Building Department is ever ready to see that a smooth transition of projects takes place, and to answer questions and provide assistance in a timely manner.

Throughout the site plan review, the Village Police, Fire Department and Public Works Department are also a part of the process. This ensures that all community services adequately provide for the needs and protection of our Village.
